I am passionate about seeing how physical activity makes people grow, both physically and mentally. I love feeling strong and what it does to my self-esteem. Furthermore, I want to share that with others. I believe that with the help of physical activity we feel so much better, that it affects our sleep, our mental health and our focus in life.
 
I have worked with training for almost 5 years and have various further education certifications. My top skills in training are functional strength training, mobility and pre- / post-natal training. Personally, I love being the best version of myself which to me means, be in my best shape to be able to take on any challenges life throws me, being able to run, feel strong in the gym, and enjoy outdoor activities and sports.
 
As your coach, I focus on physical activity, mental health, stress, diet and sleep recovery. I look at the whole and that everything is connected. We need to have a balance between our pillars to feel good. With a coaching touch, I want to help you from your current position to your desired position, to unlock your optimal health and fitness!
